Program overview for agents

On an annual basis, most state laws require that insurers attend state-certified continuing education courses from a state-certified provider in order to maintain their license. The Continuing Education for Insurers program was created to provide agents, adjusters and office staff with enjoyable and easy-to-understand courses needed to satisfy their state requirements. This format offers them the kind of practical knowledge they can use to provide better service for their policyholders.

 Courses that will be Offered

  • Collision Repair for Insurers (3 credits)

  • Auto Theft & Fraud (2 credits)

  • Vehicle Inspection (2 credits)

  • Loss Control and Windshield Repair (2 credits)

  • Ethics in Insurance (2 credits)


A limited number of seats are available for each course.  Register early.
The courses are being offered free of charge by Long's Auto Body, Inc.  There will be a charge of $20.00 to cover application fees in order to receive credit. Payment can be made the day of the course with a company check made out to Long's Auto Body., Inc.  All courses will be held at Long's Auto Body located at 131 McLafferty Rd. All classes begin promptly at 9:00AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Any arrivals more than 10 minutes late WILL NOT receive credit for the course. There will be refreshments provided and lunch after the course.

If you need to cancel please please notify us as soon as possible.  For your comfort , please wear layered clothing as heating and cooling conditions may vary.
